2007 Livermore Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
This is the same wine as the 2007 Gold Medal winning 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, with an additional year of barrel aging (31 months total) in new French Oak. Dark berry aromas of blackberries and sun ripened cherries. Well balanced oak, alcohol, fruit, subtle tannins and acidity on the palate. Medium body with evolving flavors makes this an enjoyable wine which will pair nicely with a variety of foods.
