Cuda Ridge Wines Cabernet Sauvignon is a Bordeaux style blend of 80% Galles Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Triska Crane Ridge Merlot, 2% Mel's Ranch Cabernet Franc, 5% Ghielmetti Malbec, and 5% Smith Ranch Petit Verdot. The Galles Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the East side of Livermore on slight South/Western slopes. Aged for 18 months in 75% New French Oak and 25% New American Oak, this is a nicely balanced wine that brings out the terroir of the Galles Vineyard. Enjoy!
