2006 Livermore Valley Cabernet Franc* Food Pairing: Flat Iron steak with Marchan Di Vin sauce - Flat iron steak trimmed, marinated, seared and grilled to perfection, drenched in a 7 hour wine reduction sauce featuring the 2006 Cuda Ridge Cabernet Franc.
2007 Livermore Valley Cabernet Franc* Food Pairing: Smokey Glazed Meatball - A savory mixture of soy, brown sugar and pineapple cover a blend of 50/50 beef and pork hand rolled meatballs.
