2005 Cabernet Sauvignon

The fruit was grown in one of Livermore's premiere vineyards. This wine was aged in new French and American Oak. This wine has excellent tannins and good structure. Notice the cola, cherries, and vanilla on the palate. This is a well balanced wine with a lasting finish. This wine has such wonderful complexity and balance that the winemaker bottled this wine with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon varietal.
